Iron Man 2020 : su IWolverine ritorna un vecchio personaggio

Marvel Comics ha rivelato i dettagli del titolo iWolverine. Ora è noto che si tratta di una mini in due parti collegata agli eventi di Iron Man 2020 e sarà realizzata dall’ex scrittore Wolverine Larry Hama e dell’artista Roland Boschi 

Albert è, ovviamente, un clone androide di Wolverine mentre Elsie-Dee è un A.I. simile a un bambino, entrambi creati dai malvagi Reavers. Nel corso degli anni, sono stati sia alleati che nemici di Logan. Hama ha co-creato i personaggi insieme all’artista Marc Silvestri negli anni ’90

In iWolverine, i compagni costanti Albert ed Elsie-Dee sono separati durante la “rivoluzione robotica”, portando Albert ad andare a Madripoor per trovarla.

Hama ha dichiarato “I’m super ramped to be returning to two of my favorite supporting characters from my ’90s Wolverine run,”  “Elsie Dee and Albert started out as an odd Bizarro version of Wolvy and Jube, but they quickly developed lives of their own, and their dialog was gosh-darn fun to write. Exhilarating to be able to dip into this particular font again, and I’m having a blast.”

In the wake of Arno Stark’s crusade against A.I.s, no robot is safe. Fearing of Elsie Dee’s safety in these tumultuous times, Albert, the robot Wolverine, goes to Madripoor to find her… but what he finds is a fight against Madripoor’s criminal underbelly instead!
