Una nuova avventura totalmente inaspettata per Naruto. Negli USA infatti, a novembre , l’iconico ninja del mondo manga sarà protagonista di una speciale miniserie crossover assieme alle TMNT.
Un progetto figlio della collab tra IDW Publishing e VIZ Media, due case editrici USA che si occupano dei rispettivi personaggi negli States. Le due hanno riunito team creativo che coinvolge Caleb Goellner, noto per il suo lavoro sul fumetto ufficiale di Sonic the Hedgehog e Hendry Prasetya, oltra all’amatissimo artista Jorge Jimenez
IDW Publishing ha anche rilasciato una sinossi ufficiale per il primo numero, che recita: When teenage reporter April O’ Neil has a clandestine meeting with Tsunade, the leader of the Hidden Leaf Village, it garners the attention of Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi. They aren’t the only ones wondering what the two women were discussing, though. The Sinister Foot Clan have their own interest in April’s visit, as they think she might hold the valuable information on mutation research being conducted by the scientist Baxter Stockman. With April caught between the forces of the Hidden Leaf Village and the Foot Clan, it can’t be long before the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles show up to lend her a hand!
